COVID-19 and its status quo

The topic needs no introduction and is self-explanatory. The noble coronavirus has left the world flabbergasted. It's a very tricky situation to handle for every government as they face heavy backlash from the citizens for various critical precautions. The unicity of this virus is the fact that it tests every country's mental strength, whether rich or poor, African or Asian, superpower or not, you are bound to encounter this hazardous virus face-to-face. Countries like the United States of America, Italy, China, India, and the United Kingdom have all faced viruses during this stage. Although, few of these countries have already started therapeutical care. Obviously, we do not need to go into statistics of the pathogen. We'll be looking at how major countries have grappled with the spread and how they contributed to the immobilization of the virus.

The United States of America is, undoubtedly, the most affected country on this planet. With a steady increase in between 20,000-30,000 for the past 3 months, they seem to be clueless about the aggregates. Responsible for almost 27% of total cases worldwide, the United States seems to be in a deep crisis. US prez Donald Trump had also stated that curbing this virus on American soil is impossible without the help of a vaccine and therefore urged the country to continue working. Crazy! Right? The multi-billion-dollar Businessman-cum-President defended himself by stating that the number of new cases per day will decrease if testing decreases. He, therefore, claimed that America honestly tested more than any other country and received large spikes accordingly. Trump has also made the most bizarre of statements, the superior being the fact that China is being helped by the WHO and America thus temporarily cancel their funding to the UNWHO.

Europe, on the other hand, has started to recover and are gradually opening all business. Various countries resumed their soccer leagues behind closed doors. Although surviving a major scare, the EU along with the UK needs to make sure that they know what they're doing and don't collapse again.

Undeniably, China is the worst of em all. They've been very cryptic and have given illogical reasons to defend themselves. Lots of conspiracies directly link the People's Republic of China to the coronavirus. China has never been dependable and has done lots of mischiefs to gain the upper hand in disputes. in addition, they seem to have benefitted with the help of the virus. HMMMM?
